Suzanne Couming Caldwell Founder and President Suzanne has over fifteen years of experience as an educator and consultant. With her proficiency as a technical writer, editor and trainer she possesses an eye for detail, creative vision, business-writing savvy and a commitment to exceeding the needs of her clients. As the mother of two young children and a small-business owner, she has grappled with many of the challenges that professional women face in finding the work-life balance that makes them whole. Ms. Caldwell obtained her M.Ed. in Education and Human Development from The George Washington University. She is a certified trainer in many topics including Situational Leadership©. Ms. Caldwell graduated from the NxLevel© program for Business Start-Ups. She is also a member of the International Coach Federation.
